16:00- Grand opening of the festival (House of cinema, 12, Karavannaya st).

10:00 – 17:00- The work of the jury.
10:00 - 21:00- Screenings of competitive films, meetings with authors.

10:00 – 17:00- The work of the jury.

10:00 - 21:00- Screenings of competitive films, meetings with authors.

    April, 22, 2023, Monday (Day of the Polar Convoys and the Krasin icebreaker)

10:00 – 17:00- Completion of the work of the jury.

13:00 – 19:00- Scientific and practical conference "Russia in the Arctic" (Icebreaker Museum Krasin).

10:00 - 21:00- Screenings of competitive films, meetings with authors.


    April, 23, Tuesday, April 2023

10:00 – 18:00 - Competition films screenings.

16:00- Solemn closing ceremony of the festival (House of Cinema, Karavannaya str., 12).

Venues for the International Film Festival "The Sea Calls!" - 2023:

  • Cinema House (12 Karavannaya St.),

  • Park "Patriot" (Kronstadt, Anchor Square 7a),

  • Branch of the TsVMM "Kronstadt Fortress" (Kronstadt, Makarovskaya st., 3, Italian Palace, 

  • Cultural and leisure center "Feat" (St. Petersburg, Kolpino, Pavlovskaya st., 34), 

  • Palace of Culture named after Kirov (Saint Petersburg, Bolshoi prospect of Vasilievskiy Island, 83),

  • Icebreaker Museum  "Krasin" (St. Petersburg, Vasilyevsky Island, Lieutenant Embankment  Schmidt, 23rd line).

  Closed screenings will also be held at universities and schools in St. Petersburg.
